📦 Returns

We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products delivered to customers in India.

❌ We do not accept returns for:

  • Non-defective products

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size ordered by the customer

  • Customized / printed products (unless defective)

⏳ Return Request Timeline

  • Customers must raise a return request within 3 days of receiving the product

  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Clear unboxing images or videos showing the defect/damage are mandatory

💰 Refunds

  • Once the return is approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

🔄 Exchanges

  • If the return is approved due to a defect or damage, return shipping instructions will be shared by our team

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

  • Each product is printed on demand, hence strict quality checks are followed

  • Minor color variations due to screen differences are not considered defects
