📦 Returns
We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products delivered to customers in India.
❌ We do not accept returns for:
- Non-defective products
- Change of mind
- Wrong size ordered by the customer
- Customized / printed products (unless defective)
⏳ Return Request Timeline
- Customers must raise a return request within 3 days of receiving the product
- Requests made after this period will not be accepted

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Clear unboxing images and videos showing the defect/damage are mandatory

💰 Refunds
- Once the return is approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
🔄 Exchanges
- 🚫 We do not accept exchanges under any circumstances.
🚚 Return Shipping
- If the return is approved due to a defect or damage, return shipping instructions will be shared by our team
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

- Each product is printed on demand, hence strict quality checks are followed
- Minor color variations due to screen differences are not considered defects
